Thumbs up Carolina S-Series - Pay It Forward

(edit from sdime98)
ok...here's the deal. put stuff here that you are looking to barter or work out a trade. save the selling for the other thread.

what other thread, you ask? this one right here.

also,

- don't chit chat. post up what you've got, and what you'd like to get - and leave it at that.

- if you see something someone has posted that you are interested in, PM them...

- if you manage to work a deal with someon, post in the thread, to let it be known this item has been accounted for, and i will edit your post, and remove that item from your original post.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Rules are simple.

- list what you have to give away to help some people out.

- list what you need so you can pick it up for free or on the cheap(shipping).

- the catch is you have to give in order to receive.

only cost to receiver is shipping/pick up, and the giver gets to feel good about helping somebody and knowing he can get something when he's in need.

re: Carolina S-Series - Pay It Forward

I'D LIKE:

- a 98+ ashtray..(if i don't hear back from keegan, just the part that has the 2 screws in the front, and slides into the tracks at the back, i don't need the actual ashtray insert, or the lighter assembly...)

- i would like a 2nd gen regular cab headliner, condition doesn't really matter, the one that came in my truck originally, i fubar'd way back when i was young and dumb, i think it can be fixed, i'm just weary of attempting to fix it, and would prefer to probably just start from scratch.

- a stock muffler would be nice, in good shape, i recently attempted a $4 patch kit on my flowmaster, just to try to hold me over, its already began to fail on me...if anyone would be up for trading a stock muffler, for a flowmaster that is in decent shape, just rusted thru on a small spot, where water ran down between the cab and bed, and settled at the bottom of the muffler, and just rusted thru a slight bit, could probably be plated and patched way better than what i've done..

I HAVE:

alot of random 98+ interior odds and ends...a pair of kick panels, has a small crack in one, can be repaired if needed, a few doors sills, a pair of smoothed black primed 98+ speaker grilles, a few dash vents, a 1st gen 86+ dash bezel, w/out headlight and hvac? controls, whatever panels go on each side of it, would be nice for sanding and paint..i have some 98+ hvac ductwork, some behind-the-dash wiring that i pulled out of my spare dash i have, farly complete, as far as i know..just a ton of spare interior plastics for the most part..

i also have a set of 5x5 steel wheels that came off of my dad's GMC....never had any luck selling them...

if anyone posts up anything i may have, it may refresh my memory and i'll remember, everything i have is so damn scattered all over the place..

re: Carolina S-Series - Pay It Forward

Parts I have:

Wait4Me tuned PCM for '03 4x4 4.3 auto(not sure what diff years it'll work for)
Stock rear shackles for 4x4(don't know if they're different than the 2wds
I'll look through my stuff and see if there's anything else I don't need taking up space.

Jason if I knew you needed a stock muffler I would've kept mine, I just threw it in the scrap pile when I had my exhaust done.
