S-10's at PISMO DUNES, PLANS FOR SUMMER

hey guys, apparently i cant find the original thread for pismo,
OCEANO DUNES
just wanted to update, and bring the topic up to the top of the form again
who is still going to be able to come to pismo?

JULY 13TH -15TH, Second weekend in July

EVERY s-10, blazer, sonoma, zr2, highrider, jimmy, and even xtreme...if they can,

Invite anyone you want, especially if they have an s-10, stock or not.

Update: i dont know all the details about the news for pismo, apparently they are, or might, sell 30% of pismo to state. As far as i know, its still open for rest of pismo

Mark your calanders, it should be a weekend of pismo filled with s-10's camping, mobing, ect.

...that is......if you come

Re: S-10's at PISMO DUNES, PLANS FOR SUMMER

Bookmarked, set the calendar, got extra driver, everything ready for the weekend except beers and food.

By the way, its good idea to buy your own gas jugs just in case I got 2 10 gal jugs ready.

Does that dune require flag or no? either way I got badass flags to bring from Glamis

yes they require a flag and you dont need extra gas really. a gas station is not even a mile away.

Not really pics of the actual dunes just my truck on them.

I posted a thread a while back with more pics. the dunes are nice and have be harsh in certain spots but its mostly cake to drive around in them.

Re: S-10's at PISMO DUNES, PLANS FOR SUMMER

i think someone should make a thread on the other forums, i know there are a few like blazerforum.com.
i dont know all of them, nor to i have a name or feel like creating one.

i think we need to get the word spread so everyone comes to pismo.

Re: S-10's at PISMO DUNES, PLANS FOR SUMMER

don't be a pussy!, I took my 5" drop in front on 205/65/15 all around and 7" in rear, however I used airbag, I had no problem whether up or down, I hust had to drive at angle over hill like zigzag, it was fun going fast when doing that, I had no problem, need locker, sand tire and good to go

Re: S-10's at PISMO DUNES, PLANS FOR SUMMER

Who going so far?

I am and Im working on gittiny my minitruck to run, Im taking that minitruck no matter what, I'll tow that bitch if I have to lol, I'll be proud to be the lowest and able to offroad with ya'll lol, Im gonna put the G80 locker on that dime, better than open end eh

Im figuring out for front suspension

since front upper arms are shorter, what if I JUST get 2.5" upper arms and stock lower arms, will that work allright since top arms are much limited than lower arms, since I could get 2.5" upper arms for $400 and put 2" coil on it
