body lift contents

so what exactly is in a 2" body-lift kit for a first gen blazer? i've been thinking about putting one in my 89 2 door to clear some 31's. from the searching i've done, it sounds like all i need is the lift pucks themselves. is this correct? none the parts stores around me seem to be able to tell me what exactly is in the box.

The blocks, longer bolts, gas hose extension, 3/8th rod to extend the auto shifter linkage, small tube of red loc-tite, and something else I know I'm forgetting.
