Anyone ever used a winch mount like this? In general, how do these mount? Do they just mount on the end of the frame rails in the front of the truck?

look on harbor frieght's website, they have the exact thing made from 1/4" steel for $30

It looks like it's actually made to bolt to the top of a wrangler's bumper. I don't know how well it would work for an s10.
