1994 4x4 blazer question

Hey everyone, im new to lifting i have a bagged s10, but i was wondering how much life i would be compromising out of my front end if i went ahead and cranked on the torsion bars? I don't want to replace front end parts too often. And also is there a bodly lift out there that has everything you need like shift linkage or steering clumn exstensions and bumper brackets? Any help is greatly appreciated, looking to put on 31 x10.5 on 15x8s with a back space of like 3.25"
