Re: Project: Fix to busted CV shafts & wheel bearings! 56k no no

hood- got it. (might be using it)
ex cab window- which side? got it.
tail gate- got it, its bent up
lund hood bug deflector- got it
front grill- got it. (might be using)
head and parking lights- got it. (might be using)
tail lights- got them
vent shades- got them. (might use them)
doors- got them (making half doors)
98+ non power door panel charcoal- dont have
brake light switch- got it.
headlight switch- got it
top fan shroud- got it
fenders- using
bed- using

if ya wanna come up for them parts you can! hahah.
i dont wanna use the 98+ clip, so if i get enough money for them ill just buy a sonoma light.

gimmie a price on the parts, minus the ones i might be using or using.
and whats the 98+ clip worth to you?

2" bore on the ram is probably too much, it will result in slower turning. if you are sticking with 37's for now, just get a 1.5" bore. and get the 8" ram at least. on my old k5, because of the stock d60 knuckles, it really needed about 8.5" of travel. you can measure how much it will need, just measure from the front diff cover plug to the steering knuckle from lock to lock.

You should just switch cabs. Then you won't have to paint it.

ill have to paint the front. its going to be 3 colors regardless.

i dont feel like swapping all the wires and dash over, althou i like the black cab cause it has no 3rd door. and it needs cab corners anyway.

but im taking the doors off it and making half doors

Id throw it on just for the hell of it. It'll look a little better until you get a chance to build something. If it falls off throw it in the bed and keep going.

They are quite retarded, I agree.

And what kind of brake parts? I don't remember if I told you either, but I think I want that pitman arm if you still have it.
