is that front hanger for the rear spring a zr2 specific one, or is that some aftermarket part? as for my comment on the 30* shackle, that is my personal preference. the more vertical the shackle, the more stable it is, but at the cost of (a little) flex. the more you angle it, the better it flexes, but you give up some stability. i would for sure reinforce those shackle mounts too. did you use weld on perches for the rear flip, or the "flip kit"? as for cutting the overload short, but leaving it in the pack, i would do that. the only reason though is to keep that extra 1/2" of lift it gives you. if you take the spring pack apart to put in an aal, be sure to replace the center pin with a new one.

and, the rear pinion angle look fine to me

check the angle of the rear output with an angle finder, and then compare it to the pinion angle. at static height your pinion should be tipped down about 3* from what ever the output is at. my rear output slopes down at 5* in my blazer FYI.

ok, as for the shackle hanger, i ordered a bushing and i will pick it up weds. this way is just a temp job, by no means staying on there. haha. the shackle mount should be tuff enough for what i do. i cut my old perches off, and re welded them on, (i just seen that flip kit fail on here. not good) i could prob use any spring off a vehicle with a 2" wide pack? or do i need a Z one. and will do on the center pin!

i didnt have any vibrations at all, truck drives really nice, steering is a little loose, i think the pitman arm will help it?

all in all, i feel pretty good about myself for being able to accomplish this in roughly 5 days

You can do anything as long as it is the same width. If it's from a different vehicle you may have to drill a new center pin hole but thats not a big deal.

yea, i knew they werent quite 3" but yea.. you get what i meant.

ok. would that leaf come off a old full size front axle, or newer rear? where could i find it?

your looking for 73-87 pickup (73-91 burb and k5) rear springs. they are mostly found in 1/2t's but are rumored to be in 3/4t's sometimes too. take a tape measure because they can also have 56" springs. they are very similar, but have an offset pin. the 52's have a pin distance of 26" on both sides, the 56's have one side at 26", and the other at 30".

brandon gave me his pitman arm puller to use, tightened it down and tapped the pitman arm with a hammer and tightened the bolt up as i taped the pitman arm. it was a breeze..

the pitman are is held on by just that one nut and lock washer. I've heard they can be hard to pull off.

i also heard t-bars are a bitch to get out, mine popped right out with a couple taps with a mini sledge hammer

If only he made it like a constructive thing. Like make the title "Check this out" and say this is this 19 y/o's first swap do you guys see any safety hazards? No matter what you will get criticism with an SAS because there are so many ways to do it. Like I pointed out earlier there are things that you need to fix, but you know that and as long as you fix them you'll be fine. Basically keep your truck safe for yourself and those around you.
And speaking of safety I saw something when I was looking over your pictures again. Your rear brake lines need to be redone BADLY. You need flexible lines because as your rear axle flexes so will those metal lines. As the metal lines flex they will most likely stress out and break. Which will render your rear brakes useless.
Just looking out for ya, don't want to see another fellow S10 owner fly into a tree because of something thats pretty easy to fix.

I've heard they can be hard to pull off. i also heard t-bars are a bitch to get out, mine popped right out with a couple taps with a mini sledge hammer
