Did you put the new shocks on yet? How are they working out? Have you tried to flex them out?

Well think of it this way, Jeeps are supposed to have body damage from being hardcore wheeled. So you did this person a favor by giving them another dent without wasting a bunch of time and gas to get out somewhere to wheel and get the same amount of damage

even with no fluid, you can still drive a manual lots of miles to make it home or to the parts store to buy more fluid.

just answer my damn question

it is pretty much "done" it just needs a tranny cross member, which is a 2hr project, regeared, and steering.

Re: Project: Fix to busted CV shafts & wheel bearings! 56k no no

idk, it depends on the buyer. If you get someone that likes off road vehicles they'll pay more than someone that just needs a truck. Didn't you say the transmission was slipping?
I'd probably put it up at like $5500. I don't know, I bought my truck for $600

yea, its slipping. notice at the bottom of that post it says if i sell it, it will be after the tranny is fixed.

yea i was thinking 5-6 g's, and it def depends on the buyer, just trying to get a feel for it.

honestly, i think its hard to find the right buyer that wants to give you any money for your trouble of doing to sas. i wouldnt normally say it was worth anymore, plus the fact that its not a turn key 4wd. re-gearing and steering are not "minor" problems, they are infact critical to how the vehicle operates and what it is capable of. just my .02
