Hey guys, I'm in the middle of installing new rear shackles however I cant seem to get the bolts out of the old one to remove them, any tricks or tips for doing this? Much appreciated.

Put the frame on jack stands and put your floor jack under the rear axle pumpkin. Gently lift up on that until you just take pressure off the shackles. You may need to use a ratchet to turn them out or possibly a BFH to beat them out.

^agreed, once you take some weight off of the bolts they should be a little easier

And if none of those work your left with a torch. I had to torch mine out when i put new leafs on my '94. Both front and rear I'm not looking forward to the upper rear anytime soon. And when you put in the new bolts puts some wheel bearing grease on them to help alleviate that issue in the future.

but I probably needed bushings anyway, so whatever. |
