well, i got the shifter done finally

just a peice of 1" square tubing with some holes drilled in it

I did have to trim it a little bit, but the part i cut is covered by the boot

1st

neutral

2nd

and the best drill bit i ever bought

did the gap guards on the front

I used the factory hardware on the front, the back ones didnt come with any hardware or anything, i think im gonna buy some of those plastic push clips tomaroow for the rears

and while i was taken pics heres a pic of one of the spacers. and i know i shouldnt have been working on the truck with the scissors jack but o well, it didnt fall on me. lol

How do those look compared to the Warn flares, did you consider that brand?

Did you look into that little mini/short flare (like the ZR2 has) that goes on the front/side bumper and matches up to the flare, or is it not really needed?

Do you have anymore pictures of the whole tuck with the flares, possibly without the cab on the bed?

I'm thinking of getting the Bushwackers and like what I see so far. Thanks for posting this.

Im also looking at some 18" chrome IROC wheels and 245/60/18 rubber on there. I doubt anyone has 18" with flares do they? I would love to see a picture.

i never heard of the warn flares before. i couldnt find any pics of them either.

im not gonna worry about the little bumper flare. it looks fine without them.

On the first page there are pics of the truck with the flares but without the body lift. I dont have any with the cap off.

And i should be getting some new airshocks soon, if 4.3ramjet ever ships them. the ones i have now are starting to leak a little bit.

I took the cap off for only a day. The cap is back on now and its leveled out. I will probabaly tweak the bars when I get tires. wehnever that is.

I finally got some wheels and tires. DeathSlinger00 sold them to me. He's a great person to work with. They're Eagle 15x7 and the tires are 30x9.5 BFG A/Ts. I'm very happy right now.

I put the fronts on with no spacers and I put the rears on with the 1.25" spacer. And I'm about a 1/2" from rubbing the flare on the front with the wheels turned. I think it'll be ok though where it's at.

Strange... My S10 had the same dent behind the passenger side bumper flare too...??? Wierd... And to my knowledge it was never hit...
