lmc 4x4 cable actuator

i was thumbing through my catalog and saw this it says it replaces the vacume actuated system on my 4x4 and replace it with a cable now this sounds good because my vacume system is not very reliable but before i shell out 300 for the kit i figured id ask if anyone has done this instal

It sounds like it's the same thing as a Posi-Lock cable. It's a good investment but if you're crafty you can make one on your own with a locking throttle cable from something else.

I bought mine before the prices went way up.Think mine was $120 when I got it and I don't remember where from. You can get them from just about any online shop. Just do some price checking and find your best price.

1979 Monte Carlo with a 400hp+ 350ci.

It is the Posi-Lok cable. Here is basically all the info you would ever need about it.

-'01 ZR-2, 32" Mud Brutes, ZR5 wheels, K&N drop-in, Thrush Welded dumped, Smitybuilt tailgate net, Fabtech tire carrier, Cobra CB with single antenna, GM roll pan and Hidden Hitch, Viair compressor and 2 gal. air tank SOLD(to mom!)

I miss my ZR2 too much. In the market for a new one!

Found mine on ebay with a body lift for $80. Works great just overpriced.

87 blazer tahoe 2 door, 5.7, auto, sfa 4x4
