Which B/L for my 99

Hey guys i tried finding this question but couldnt and i know that it has been asked. no luck. I have a 99 S10 std swb Dime 2wd. I want to put a 3 inch B/L on it. I know that I need to get a first gen BL kit but which one? I really need the part number so I can give it to my dad is buyin it for X-mas. is there anything i have to modify to make the lift work? <I.E. steering arm or stick shift?

No mods needed except rear bumper brackets and you need a few extra lift blocks or make some from some steel tubing for the front bumper.
Just go on ebay or summitracing and do a quick look. Youll find the one you need. Get one for an ext cab. It will have a few extra blocks. Or just reg cab and make the 4 extra ones. Summit has one for less that 90 shipped.

I have a 3" BL on my '98. Steering will work fine, your shifter will hit the floor. You either need to make an adapter or new shifter. I saw a pic on here a little while ago.
I used summit part number SUM-7853300. With this kit, you will need to make bumper brackets.

Unless you have stick shift there is no mod needed.
