Trimming Pics

I tried searching and had no luck finding any good trimming pictures.

I just put the lift in and was wondering how you guys trimmed the front valence. It rubs barly but enough to wreak some shit.

Also for the inner fender do you just beat the piss out of it to make room? I rub a little bad if i come into the drive way a little fast so i was wondering if you can push the fender up enought to avoid this.

Thanks guys if it wasnt for you on here id be low like everyone eles.

Re: Trimming Pics

30 seconds with a two pound hammer took care of the inner fender. I just pounded the bottom 2-3 inches toward the firewall. As for the valence, you can probably get away with just taking a half inch or so off from it, or ditch it all together. I don't like the 98+ style so I took it off, if I had lifted my 95 I likely would of kept that one on.

Re: Trimming Pics

yea i like the valence so im keeping it. Not many ppl like them i think they make the truck look "clean"

I was able to trim the valence tho with a utility knife and a sharp blade very easy.

Re: Trimming Pics

Mine isn't noticeable enough of trimming until you get close look at it then see missing gap lol. I taped it straight so cut is straight.
