Re: sick of drops

alright dude here are your options....

front:
fabtech or aim 3" lift spindles
moog 5664 lift coils (bout 1.5")

back:
go back to completely stock leaf pack....
throw on some lift shackles 2-3"
add a leaf (rides like shit) 1.5"

body lift (ugly IMO) 2" or 3"

hope that helps, hit me up with any Qs

Re: sick of drops

Quit driving like an idiot. You have to drive different when your that low and have lo-pro's. I've never had a problem with any of my trucks that I've dropped on 20's w/ lo pros.

Re: sick of drops

We have really bad roads around here. You just get used to swerving and slowing down.

Man, get some smaller wheels 1st, it'll look donkish. just my opinion though.

Re: sick of drops

your 5/7 drop is a pretty extreme drop. if you had gone with an 18" rim and tires with more profile you might have been just fine.

you did get a good deal on those wheels and tires so i can understand seizing the opportunity but maybe they weren't the best for your application.

ryan i had a 5/7 on 20s for about 3 months then i put my stock coils back in that wat i would do if i were u . u said u had air shocks u could level it out. if not remove ur drop block.and up it will go... i mean thats a simpler solution.

and like zq8 blazer said a 40 or 45 series tire would be more sidewall.

Re: sick of drops

thatd be sickk make a table.

I dont think it will look donkish if i do an agressive enough tire.
I got the wheels and tires for 800 with 1000 miles on them. cant pass that up.

If it looks donkish all i have to do is go up some more

Re: sick of drops

If you're looking to sell your spindles, I may be interested.

I know your not looking to go back to stock height, but if you change your mind let me know. I have a pair of stock coils off of my '98 that I've been looking to get rid of for a while now.

Re: sick of drops

I can't make promises on being able to buy anything, college puts a toll on your spending freedoms...

But let me know if you are looking to sell anything and maybe I will have come up with the money.
Specifically I will be looking for spindles and leafs, I already have the coils and blocks.

thanks again
