dont get it.. if it was a training video? what was the point? They made it sound way to retarded and outlandishly out there.
Guessing this was Chrysler's way of teaching there dealers to lie? Make up things to tell unsuspecting little old ladys and folks who had no clue in general about whats wrong with there car so the dealership could charge them a fortune to do simple jobs? Or maybe it was to smoke screen the customer since the idiots at the dealership didnt know what the problem was either..  |
