hey guys i have a problem.....i won a set of u shaved door kits at the oaktown show last year and one popper is not working right now. what can i do?

what brand is the kit? i need to know so i can see if its under warranty. if its a protocol kit then they only have a 90 day warranty .

lol yah i think they were protocol.... and are u f*cking kidiing me i had them in for 2 months and since then i have not used them. and they now only go up like 1/2 inch
