Order #13264

Received most of my order (roll pan & tailgate skin), extremely quick... too.

Just curious when you might be shipping out the AVS SHAVED TAILGATE HANDLE RELOCATOR WITH FILLER?

Any heads up will be great... My son is getting anxious to install the skin and finish his truck up.

Thanks.

Unhappy Re: Order #13264

I did not receive this item. I was following the tracking number (only one) from the guage store site and received those items on the 21st. It still says partially shipped with only the handle relocator not delivered, so I waited a while before posting the question above. What can I do about this? Was it insured? I can assure you that we received no items on the 17th.
Sorry about the trouble, but this is a real bummer.

Re: Order #13264

Have you found any info on the handle relocator? I need to get this project up and going. Let me know if I'm hosed and I guess I'll bite the bullet and order another. I do wish I had received a tracking number like the other two large items. Thanks again for your personal service.

Re: Order #13264

I forgot to stop in and clear this issue. DUTN took care of me and my "high maintenance" multiple PM's. He does have patience...... I couldn't have asked for better personalized service than I received. Stand up people and company and I highly recommend Gauge Magazine and their online store.
