wheel tubs

hey i was lookin at these and was wondering if there is anyway to put these on my truck. in the front without welding them in. and without using the side panel. also how much would they be shipped to 94525?

I'm sure its possible, but they're made to be welded. Depending on the brand Shipping will be about 20 dollars to that zip.
