Shipping to Canada

How about us Canucks.....Whats your shipping times and costs and such...How do you deal with the duty we have here...Is it included in the original shipping cost. Or do we get the big surprise at our front doors????

Re: Shipping to Canada

I have it set up to where international orders have to phone in, as far as shipping cost, i can give you that before the order is placed but the duty tax at the border falls on the customer and the price is based on the value.

Re: Shipping to Canada

Duty and all that stuff is ALWAYS the responsibility of the importer. You can't expect these guys to do Canada Customs job.

Re: Shipping to Canada

I get what you're saying but you were asking if the duty is included in the original shipping cost. How can they they charge you for duty when its paid to customs by the importer...which is you.

Also there is no duty on auto parts. All I ever pay is the pst and gst.

Re: Shipping to Canada

if the box is marked gift, and you payed for it, that is called FRAUD, which happens to be illegal, but then you pay nothing at the border.

Re: Shipping to Canada

I made an order for an Airlift Digital controller and I had Ron ship it via USPS. When you do this the Brokerage fee is only $5 plus the pst/gst. Other companies, most notably UPS rape you for $50+ plus pst/gst. Just have them ship USPS and you'll be fine. It took about 7 days to get here. Not bad at all!! I'd buy from them again!
