s10 smooth wiper cowl questions?

Does it sit like the stocker? Main thing is I saw one this weekend that was noticeable. I like the way the stock wiper cowl sits kinda flush and low profile.

What color does it come? black like stock or red like in pics?

Dude I just ordered one... it fits flush with the hood and arrives unfinished. Some prep work is required. It then has to be painted to match your truck.

hows the fitment? i have heard fitment usually is so horrible on these things that people end up not using them, not sure what brand that one was and if thats the same or different as the one they sell....just curious cuz if it fits well and just requires paint then ill pick up one for myself

well I got a smooth one but with the wipers in it and it fits good not sure the name but you might be able to ask people on here that there was a guy selling them at endless w/ and w/o the wipers but i did not even talk to him I am wanting one w/o the wipers.

KennyMo. I thought the wiper cowl area all it does it allow outside air in with the a/c system. i do not think it has anything to do with allowing heat out. But I could be wrong. COWL HOOD FTW

i know a kid from my area has the R.A.W completely smooth one and it fits perfect....if i had pics i would post them but i havent seen him in a couple years

Here is the one on my dime. its from stylin concepts. not too happy with it but hey, it werks. Where i still had ac, i noticed it didnt blow as cold as it did with the stock cowl.

the holes for the wipers dont line up well 4 shit. not that i hav ever had wipers on it. And on the second pic, when on hood opens like stock, it rubbed that groove into it. And the double sided tape them expect u to mount it with

I've seen one from R.A.W., It fit pretty well. plus that shop is only 30 minutes from my house and (anthony) rhodes is a great guy and knows his shit! i would go with one from www.itsraw.com imo

I have the same one on my Blazer and like you said, the wiper holes don't quite line up right, rubs when the hood is lifted and I also noticed that the AC isn't as cold as well.... I saw that Street Scene also makes a fiberglass one too, wonder if it fits any better than the ABS one...anyone know? That R.A.W. one looks good to me for my S10.
