I read threw that how to rebuild LS handbook and it says that some crank snouts are different so i think the LS2 crank snout must be longer cuz the pan i'm using is off of a LS2 vette and the blocks are basically the same dimensions so i think thats whats up with that. Just let me know that would be awesome.
well the guy i bought it from had it on a c6 vette, i cant recall the year of it....
i had ordered a slp cuz i taught i had the wrong one like you stated, but i got the new one in and it was the same one i had already bought, so i shipped it back out...
id order an underdrive if you dont plan on going FI...

Re: Xtreme Blazer Swap

went to the scrap yard today, wasnt even going with the intentions on buying anything, but as i drive up i see a jimy blazer and my brother was looking for rubber hose that connects to his cpi intake, i look inside and see that it has a floor shifter and the interior is gray... but everything was taken apart, i ask the guy if he had any more and he said if i wanted to look inside the truck to see if everything was there, well what do you know...
i found all the parts except the rubber for the cupholders and scored 35$ for the complete console with shifter and over haul button ....

but now im confused to how you ppl have done it to connect that pigtail with the harness if my truck is going from standard 5spd to an automatic, is there a connection on jareds harness or what is all i would have to do??? will post pics shortly....

and to add to this, i might start a new job, got laidoff from florida about a month ago, and money is going fast...hopefully all goes well....
