are you loosing your clutch when you drive aggressive? But then it comes right back. (boiling fluid)

Re: Which Clutch Master cylender should i Use

loosing fluid or pressure? Heat stock slave, master, worn clutch, pp, pilot bearings, throwout. I'm just listing a lot of things that go bad once the pedal gets stuck to the floor. I think the master and slave are the same as in the new s10 as the camaro. if you are loosing fluid the slave is leaking. I changed my master a while ago I really think the gm master cylinder is just doesn't have the meat to take the heat over time. I run valvoline dot 4 cause that;s the only dot 4 I can find. I read a gm release someone posted at ls1tech.com that says everytime you open the cap you're adding air into the system weaking the ability of the brake fluid to hold pressure and stay away from boiling. the article basically wanted you to only open the resivor when you plan to completely flush the system with new fluid and close the cap.

I'm rebuilding my trans and replacing my clutch and flywheel with the ls2/ls7. I was having the lose of pressure going from 2-3-4 at the track. Made some fun when you have no way to get out of 4th so you got to putt away after getting your timeslip.

I've disappeared for awhile just to take a break get, some ideas, try some other things (halo 3) . I came back to see what has changed in the modding and see if anything was interesting.
