Re: well it begins today. ls1 blazer
well i got the truck all back together. i still got to figure out a few wiring issues but it runs. haha ill post up some new pics tomorrow.. i used that new magnaflow dual in dual out muffler with the x pipe built in..
any way for everyone planning on doing this swap just know that theres a lot more involved than some people say.. i ran into several problems along the way but in the end its all worth it. |

Re: well it begins today. ls1 blazer
theres alot that goes into swapping one of these engines in.. its not for everyone in my opinion.. and u have to be very patient, read, study and ask questions.. every truck is different and theres just small things that u come up on along the way.. i think everything that could mess up or go wrong, did during mine. from gettin a kidney stone to missing parts or not the right parts. to dealing with stupid people at the parts stores all around.. so just take your time and make sure everything is right and be sure to get all the parts u think u need before starting the swap.. i have a folder that has all the stuff i needed, little sketches that i drew to design different things and receipts. thats about the best advise i can give..

Re: well it begins today. ls1 blazer
sweet truck, is there a reason you ran your exhaust like stock? you have all that room under there without the truck gas tank. i think I would have just ran duals with an x pipe or h pipe.
