NYS inspection 99computer/98 motor 99 truck

if i get a 1999 chevy blazer and put a 98 LS1 motor that has a 99 pcm on it, will it pass inspection. I know the motor has to be newer or the same year of the truck to pass so does the 99 pcm qualify for that?

yep, as long as it has the 99 program.
