LSX Th350?

Workin on bolting up 5.3 to a th350. Ordered flexplate spacer from parts list from black x. Have the dished flexplate. One problem so far, torque converter bolts dont line up with any holes in flywheel. And will the starter still engage far enough with the spacer in?

Re: LSX Th350?

Just checked everything out. To get the proper flywheel depth into the transmission the spacer is not needed. So only prob now is torque converter bots lineing up. Has anyone bolted this combo together?

Just checked everything out n looks like I don't need the spacer to get the spacing for the torque converter. So only problem I have is the torque converter bolts not lineing up. Has anyone ever bolted this combo together?

Re: LSX Th350?

the spacer goes on after the flex plate and is only to support the converter hub to the crankshaft and yes it is needed,,

just oval out the holes in the flexplate to match your converter
