I'm planning on doing an LS7 swap in my 2.2 s-10. i got most of the parts jotted down on a list but am having trouble finding a clutch housing. Also l'm going with a 9" rear end but not sure what ring gear ratio to run. l'm going for all out race quality.

Psyko, We realize that this is your first post. It's generally rude to whore someone else's thread with your post.

I'll try to remember to take a vid today and post it up....I'm in the middle of moving so that has been keeping me pretty busy.

Re: LSX Swap Installation Pics
Quick update....
Since I fired mine up for the first time. I wasn't even excited because I was too focused on looking for fuel, oil & other fluid leaks, noises....all while trying to look at my HP Tuner scanner all at once. After I had about 500-600 FLAWLESS miles on it without so much as a SES light or stumble, I started feeling more relaxed and pleased with the swap. So far about 2000 miles and <knock on wood> and 0 hicups! A big thanks goes out to the forum for their help and support, and to Jared for his top notch LSX swap parts and over-the-phone troubleshooting and help with my PCM. |

Re: LSX Swap Installation Pics
I know Mr. Gasket came out with some black fittings with black nylon braided line it looks really sharp but not too flashy like the red and blue fittings. They look really good in a black engine bay.
