Ok,here we go....What do I need to delete and keep on the computer as far as the tune?Someone told me to keep the egr that it would help out on gas mileage??anyone know?what year motor and tranny is everyone running or does it matter?Truck oil pan?vett acc.'s??can you get rid of the cats and 02 and it still run like is is suppose too?The high tech is kinda new to me and just need what to tell J down here in Florida what to do to the computer.Unless he sees this.Yea i could hit search,but dont feel like it.so,anyone care to share the info

you dont need egr, its more for cold weather than anything
disable vats disable traction control there are 4 o2 sensors normally, you need the front two, the back two monitor the health of the cats. so you dont need the back ones. they will also have to be disabled in the tune as for engine/trans and acc. you can run anything your little heart desires. i believe the truck stuff clears underneath but you might run into some hood clearance problems depending on what mounts and oilpan you use. corvette acc clear everything as far as ive seen. if you run a/c you have to cut the frame or mount the a/c up high for the pan you have a few choices, do you wanna cut the crossmember? yes - either the LS2, truck, or Fbody will work, you just have to cut the crossmember accordingly no - if you know somewhere to get a pan modified professionally or you can buy one premade. modifying a truck pan is the easiest, but im sure any pan could work |
