LS1 in a 2001 Blazer

I'm thinking of dropping a ls1 motor into my 2001 blazer....... what do i need to do to it so it can take the extra abuse

Nothing if the engine is stock. It will handle everything just fine. If you plan to get traction and intend to do much as far as engine modifications, you may want to look in to a beafier rear end.
