LS1 books?
I'm looking for a book that goes through all of the inner workings of an LS1
I have had a book for Gen I sbcs that pretty much goes thru step by step how to rebuild a whole motor, will all the torque specs and what not for everything, looking for the same type of deal, but for an LS1. Don't get me wrong, I understand how motors go together, but I am still kinda clueless as what goes on inside an LS1, and would like to be able to take my LS1 apart to upgrade a couple things, and know how to rebuild it. Anyone got any suggestions? |

Re: LS1 books?
here is another one
I have all three and I prefer the 1st one Kampz posted. The 2nd one is more of an informational book. the How to books go in-depth on actually building. Has torque specs, install tips, machine work tips, ect. well worth the money |

Re: LS1 books?
I don't regret buying it but after reading it, I would have been just fine with the first book.
A lot of repeat info and many editing errors. They could have proofed it a little longer before publishing. |
