It just keeps going faster.
Went racin again last night and the truck continued to pick up. I went out in the first round (bulbed) but i still got 3 real good passes out of the truck.
I dont know if it was due to the timing or not though. The temperature was about 30 degrees cooler than last time out, but it was very humid. The D.A. was around 1000', same as last time out. I bumped the timing from 29* to 33*. I run it locked out all the way from 800rpms. Here are the slips, tell me what ya think. Last nights slip. 60' 1.831 330' 4.975 1/8 7.592 MPH 93.27 1000' 9.89 1/4 11.855 MPH 114.3 Slip from previous best run 60' 1.885 330' 5.085 1/8 7.725 MPH 91.37 1000' 10.03 1/4 11.998 MPH 114.14 |

Re: It just keeps going faster.
But he will have to experiment, add timing with the same octane gas until the MPH falls, then set it where it ran best. BTW good times man. Last edited by The Stunningman : 08-29-2009 at 10:11 PM. |
