Talking Ding Ding Ding Ding... Come And Get It!!!!

Alrighty, We finally have the radiator/condenser/fan package ready to go.
After a few prototypes, and some minor tweaking, here is the result.
A dual core, dual pass, aluminum radiator designed to fit in to the core support of your S truck and work with the LSx engines.
The radiator itself is conservatively rated at around 450hp, and the fans will flow 2780 CFM at 12V.
Both inlet and outlet on the same side of the radiator to match up better with the LSx engines inlets and outlets, as well as give room to route the intake tubing over to the driver's side of the vehicle without any interference.

Radiator - $475.00
Fans/Shroud - $285.00
Condenser - $115.00
Total for complete package - $875.00 + shipping

However... Until July 31st... we will give 10% off of the complete package to any member of s10forum.com. Which brings the total to $787.50 + shipping.

This is for pre-orders, and we should be able to begin shipping around the middle-ish of July.

By the time they are complete and ready to ship, I hope to have part numbers for people to use for rad. hoses. Also, we need to figure out a good spot to put the barb for the steam tube.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

Re: Ding Ding Ding Ding... Come And Get It!!!!

Jared, that is a sweet setup!

Do you have the dimensions of the total depth - front of radiator to the back of the fan motors? My current setup is very tight with truck accessories, just wondering if this is comparable or not.

Re: Ding Ding Ding Ding... Come And Get It!!!!

It's about 6.5" from the back of the radiator, to the farthest point of the fans.

The radiator sits flush against the sheet metal inside the core support.

The only cutting is the center piece of sheet metal in the core support, some trimming for better fit, and drilling 2 holes in the bottom of the support to move the old radiator bottom pieces in.

One other change will be the hood support bracket, it will need to be modified to clear the condenser.

No limited amount, they will be available for as long as they sell.

I have seen first hand how this design/size cools in an S-10, and I know it works great.
I still have some work to do to get this particular vehicle back up and running. Still need to finish the 1-3/4" headers as well.

I'm trying.
The biggest problem as we grow, is getting my employees to care about the products going out the door as much as I do.

Constantly trying to improve the QC procedures on the wiring.

Don't know, I was thinking just a discount for people that wanted the whole package.
Maybe 5% off without the Condenser, and 5% off if someone wants just the rad alone.

I would assume so, we have used them on older square body style trucks in the past.

Wow... that is a past I would like to get away from.
Sweet trucks, all with really pissed off owners by the time they got them back.

He ran that company in to the ground so bad that he changed the name, and moved to another shop hoping no one will be able to find him.
