862 vs. 799 heads??? big difference or no?

i have a 2003 5.3L engine that im building. it came with 862 heads but would like to get a set of 799 heads. is there a big difference between the two, like valve lengths etc... and would i have to buy different pushrods and cam if they are. so far i have a cam with .522 and .529 lift and summit told me to go with 7.400" pushrods. would that have to change? or would i be ok with everything still. i really need help on this guys thanks.

The 799 heads will need to be milled a bit to get the compression ratio back to where it needs to be. That will determin what pushrod to go with.

The stock heads should be something like 61.15 cc

The 799 heads should be 64.45
