Wiring an AVS switch box with a RIDE HEIGHT CONTROLLER

For all of you who have wanted a diagram on how you can wire your AVS 7 or 9 switch box to ART's, Airlift's or Dakota Digital's ride height controller, here ya go!

You can use your digital gauges and use your AVS switch box with the flip of a switch.

SWITCH ON: The RHC (ride height controller) will operate normally but the AVS switch box will be interrrupted.

SWITCH Off: The AVS controller can be used and the gauges will still function but the outputs from the RHC will be disengaged. So with the switch off only your AVS switch box can control your bags.

Good to hear! Probably not. I have too much work to do. I won't even finish my current "TO DO" list by the end of this year!

Re: Wiring an AVS switch box with a RIDE HEIGHT CONTROLLER

sounds like its time for jeff to hire a GM to take the work load off his back, and be able to breath and relax like an owner should be able to from time to time.....

Re: Wiring an AVS switch box with a RIDE HEIGHT CONTROLLER

hmm,

Could you not parallel the Wires at the Valve with no relays so Both units are in operation at the same time, And you can simply wire in a toggle switch on the +12V line that goes to both Units.

BTW Great job on the diagram! That is a Ton of work haha
