Pass. Door Working, Drivers Isn't

I have the bolt on door actuator kit and I've had installed for quite some time now, with no problems whatsoever. Today, I finally was getting a chance to put my interior back together. After I had bolted on the passenger side dash pieces, I went around to start on the drivers side, but the actuator would not work. The relay clicks, but the actuator and latch do nothing. It's not the actuator that is the problem, though, because when I use the emergency back up, it pops the latch just fine. Maybe one of you guys has had this problem, or maybe you know what it could be.

Does the passenger side work fine? Also, if you could check your voltage. Sounds like you are not getting enough...
