Need a replacement popper...

Hey guys, last year i bought your universal door popper kit. I love it... but I do have a problem now. One day I come outside and my drivers door will not open with the remote. My passenger side still works, so I tested the wires with a voltameter. The drivers side popper is getting power, it just wont pop. So Im sure the thing is burnt out and I need a replacement. Is there a warranty on the poppers? If not how much is it for just one? Please let me know, Im tired of opening my drivers door from the passenger side...Thanks

Swap your passenger side motor to your drivers side for the time being. If you run straight power and ground to the driver's side motor is it working? You do have a warranty on the motor...please send it back..if you wanted to buy a new one it would be $60 shipped. Once you send back the defective motor and it is covered under warranty we will credit you back.

Ken from PRINT WERX here in Fresno is working on some new designs that should be done by tomorrow. We'll have them printed and in stock by the end of next week. I'll keep you guys posted.

I have been workin 12's for the last 2 weeks, the next chance Im going to get to work on my truck is Friday. But I will swap them out then, and I will let you know.
