door poppers wont activate
so i went out to my truck not starting turns out i had a bad pos cable on my battery, so i assume everthing in my truck lost power considering my stereo ended up reset. I just bought this truck in march and when we went to pick it up the kid had some problems with the doors not popping too and he got some "reset" instructions to use and he said they work, i guess I am just looking for those instructions.... the remotes are tested and are good and my emergency popping button works so the motors are good. thanks in advance.

Re: door poppers wont activate
OK, you need to get to the yellow wire on the receiver which is more than likely under the driver side dash. Notice the red LED light (which is off) next to the harness on the end of the receiver. Now have both remotes near by. Take the yellow wire and hook it up to ACC. or ING. +power (the ones that turn on and off with the key). Or you can even just strip the end of the wire and tap it onto a "live" power wire or top edge of a fuse. Turn the key on and off 5 times keeping the key in the on position the 5th time (or tap the yellow wire to the live power source 5 times keeping the connection on the 5th). At this point the LED should be on solid. Immediatly press the #1 button on the first remote. The LED will blink off then back on to confirm programming. Then immediately press the #1 button on the second remote. Once again, the LED will flash off then on. Now you can turn off the key or remove the yellow wire depending on which method you took. Now test your remotes and you should be good to go! Let me know.

Everything seems to be in ok working condition now! I think you should get those instructions stickied in this section of the forum.
