WOW! That is NOT how a business is run. It seems to go back and forth and back and forth. I mean if all he sees is emails, what can really be done??

It was all deleted.

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

there was some discussion in chat in regards to the situation and whether or not it should be kept private between IM's and emails or the like. It went back and forth between brandt and mike (alexander) in a few posts. I continued working and checked back in on it and it was cleaned up and some posts removed. I kinda took it as he made you sound silly.

from what i remember he said that crazy sums you up in one word, you have small guy complex and argue with anyone who will listen, so he took you out to dinner on a rolls, what does that have to do with anything, he never dealt with you for more than 2 minutes yet he has not been too AIM in about a year. there may have been more but that is what i remember

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

also inthat post he said thathe interviewed you and took you out to dinner to decline your application. then said you were only there for like 6 days.

Brandt, in all due respect, it does seem as though you are taking the side of Joe and AIM. i agree on the AIM SUCKS and all that BS but letting people discuss their experiences in public and letting joe reply is what this is all about, whether them people are old customers, employees or competitors, they should all get a chance. if it is kept to email it can all be edited before posting, posts can only be edited by mods, as well as the replies.

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

they IP banned you then, anyway i posted over there. i challenged him to let DJD do some testing and he accepted, as long as Doug stays neutral.

here is his reply with my quote:

FROM JOE MORROW: I AM PASTING QUARTERMILE CRAZY POST BELOW and answering at the bottom>

Edited: 9/16/2008 4:58:14 PM by quartermilecrazy
Time for me to add my .02, first off let me tell everyone i have had past experinces with AIM and their products. that was years ago,its over, i am not getting into it.

first question Joe: Do you enjoy knocking our entire country and our worth ethics? considering the people that you are trying to "reach out to" all work in the US.

Question #2: can you explain this? Directly from your add it says "when small companies cannot compete, they stoop to low tactics, calling other companies junk... This is B.S." and in the same article, same page, it says "WHAT IS CLUB PRICING??? Go aheadand call ___... I promise you anyone can get "CLUB PRICING"; it is justanother scam to get you to buy their product It is like the word "SALE". since when is any product not on sale.....

.....HOW ABOUT JUST FAIR LOW PRICING and dispence with all the "CLUB" B.S."
Now to me it looks like you are doing exactly what you knocked other companies for doing, knocking their business.

also, same page, "WHEN COMPANIES COMPETE U-WIN ___ & ___ & others , sell this kit for much more, pretending their kit is better. ____ bags are great (ifyou want a stiff/rough ride)but our bags are full 600psi test with a baby smooth ride. if you want to hop and dont care about the ride buy ___ bags. WE GARUNTEE every single part without limit as to time against any defect. We will beat the advertised price on any product ___ or ___ sells. If they try to convince you ours is a cheaper kit then i suggest you investigate yourself. When competitors cannot compete they stoop to bad mouthing the competing product, which is childish and poor business......We have been in business for 22 years and we will be here to service our products" again, you are doing exactly what you are claiming them of doing, bashing the other company, yet you call them childish and accuse them of doing poor business when you do the same thing.

Question #3: You claim that ___ has took pictures from your add and used them as their own, is it not true that you have done the same thing using pictures from ____________ adds? Again knocking another company for doing the same thing you are doing.

You claim there is no 35% restocking fee, yet directly from the bottom of YOUR add it says "Prices subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typo errors. No returns without PRIOR authorization. Short & damaged must be reported within 24hrs. Refunds exclude ship charges. Subject to 35% restocking charges."

If you claim to sell products that are equal or better than the compititors why dont you and the competitors send products to an individual to do independant product testing? I know for a fact that _______ and ___ has already sent products to Doug Dehaven for testing, why dont you do the same thing? I personally would love to see one of your compressors go up against a _____ for fill times and reliability testing.

**i removed all other company names so that this is a AIM only post**

QUESTION #1
I am not knocking the entire country. What I am saying is that China Goods are a reality. Hiding that from the consumer is deceitful and shady business. I am also saying that there is an element in our Society that does not have a good work ethic. I did not say your were one of them.

QUESTION #2
I will stand by my statement on CLUB PRICING anyone can get it from any quadrant of our commercial world.

QUESTION 3
Yes, I admitted it already, I should not have stooped to their tactics

QUESTION 4
Now you are talking. An independent site called aimreviews.com will be live in a few days. It has been started by Tyler Hargrave criminaltactic@yahoo.com and I have never met the man, nor talked to him on the phone. I will put up any of my product to Doug De haven, PROVIDED he is a neutral party and that would have to be proven to me.

Your email clearly shows your alliance with ___ and ___ so I do not see you as an objective unbiased person, so prove it to me.

Your posting is constructive as far as I am concerned, it just shows too much anger.

Regards
Joe Morrow

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

Regarding the first post: What a crock of poo. That is all that John is saying.

I have already stated that he would help Doug with this. We are still "waiting" for AIM's products to become available to do the testing and to post the testing/reviews. Ahem

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

I was going to post over there about my bad experience with AIM almost 12 years ago and that nothing he could ever do now would redeem him in my eyes, but I decided it was not worth the effort since they would just delete it anyways.

So the site is called aimreviews.com and it is paid for by one of Joes many craptacular companies, and it is going to be unbiased? Riiiiiight.

Perhaps a certain someone doesn't want his name attached to the ownership of aimreview.com? You'd think he'd at least get his own domain name right

John Forgot to add for aimreview.

Creation date: 08 Jun 2008 13:13:00
Expiration date: 05 Jun 2009 03:30:00

He said that he does not think that it was regoed for the purpose. BUT, it may have been. I show that a lot of his domains are hosted all over the place, which makes no sense. BUT, making sense is not something people do.

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

i just though of this, is it owned by AOL because ofthe fact that AOL owns AIM instant messenger? they probably own a shit load of AIM titled sites to protect them from others buying a domain they might use later.

I know for a fact that our club owns SK.com, subsonickustom.com, subsonickustomz.com .org and .net and others just so no one else can get them.

maybe that web site address is just a bunch of bullshit

I know Joe,

If I test a product of his and it is not favorable to him he will nail me with slander and say I biased the Results or damaged the product.

He does not play fair and you can take that to the bank.

:EDIT: and I have called him out on SSM and it has rapidity been deleted.

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

Hi, well im here to just clear the whole website stuff up. Im the owner of ReviewsForAIM.com , the site that joe was talking about. Im no way related to joe, even tho i have the same last name of i guess his wife, as said above. Im not one of his employes or a freind im just a random guy who sent joe an email after seeing the SSM and S10forum threads.. I was asking him about his control arms, and then some how i had an idea to make a site to review his products to show pepole how good/bad they are.. i dont know why he posted my whole name up or personal email.. i like to keep my personal stuff private.. as you can see if u do a whois lookup its private.. im not on AIM's side or anyone elses side, my truck has AIM, AVS, SD, Cando, parts.. The site is up but not very content rich at this time, i need to purchase some products from them so i can start doing test and reviews on them. All of my reviews will be 100% honest, and include some test with full vid's and pictures. If you guys got any questions just reply back here or emial me at contact@reviewsforaim.com
mod's if posting the site name is a no then please edit my post and remove, thanks

You have to understand our past here.

Every time Joe gets into any heat 'Magic' people pop out of the woodwork to prove him well. Only to find time and time again they have relations to him or his company.

So when we see a new face come out of the Blue talking praise we are all 100% scepticle

I am not calling you out per say I guess what I am getting at is. We all need reassurance that you are who you say you are and will due Fair un Biased testing.

The Names 'Yuri' 'BlazinAsian' and 'Bagginit' come to mind

Joe Does have Family in Fresno so you never know you may be a distant relative

Again time will Tell

How can this site even be considered as fair and unbiased information? The name of the site is ReviewsForAIM.com. If it was something like minitruckingreview.com, or productreview.com, I would be more likely to believe it was unbiased. But come on. ReviewsForAIM.com isn't even trying .

Visit www.03SinityS10isgreat.com. It's unbiased information about me, by me, for me. lol

prove it, post up some pics of your truck. tell us about you, is this the only forum you are on? someone on here has to know your truck from seeing it around.

what parts did you buy from SD? pics?

seems pretty fishy that you are gonna be doing reviews for him, you have the same last name, but you are not offiliated with AIM in no way shape or form.

Have any copies of the email you sent him or his replies?

http://viewmorepics.myspace.com/inde...ageID=17263310At Dangerzone 08

Notice the AVS switchbox and the conitech 2600...
As you can see my truck is torn apart in my lil garage, if i was joe's son i would have him just give me money to have a shop do it..
Progress..
