The simple message to Joe:

Joe, dont try to f*ck the customer, in the end they'll f*ck you. WE are the customer, and WE drive sales, not you. You need a reality check.

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

I want a shirt. Even though I haven't bought off AVS per say, I know they are good from Word of mouth and would have no problems or worries bying from them. I would never consider buying from SHAIM.

It would be very unprofessional for me to have a banner talking about a competitor.

But the shirts on the other hand are harmless.

$15 shipped?

My Family deals with Failing business on a regular basis, it will only get worse from here.

I have a hard time believing that he is having a hrad time staying afloat. He has almost all his products made in china. And china specializes in large quantity runs. By looking at alot oh his products i can tell they are made large run pruduction style.
I also frequent alot of hotrod, import car, import truck, fullsize forums all over the world. And alot of these guys run parts made by one of joes companies. Its sad fact, but he builds parts above and beyond the minitruck market. And those are the people buying the stuff, and those "scenes" are usually alot bigger than minitrucks and usually spend alot more money on builds.

Very good points.....but now....do you think its fair that AVS is put on the spot because joe and all of his companies dont like the way AVS runs thier business?...and if he is doing so well in the other markets why make a big stink in this one....I think what things are coming down to is that there is no need to take it out on somebody else if your company isnt doing so well....and when the word LIE gets tossed around.....that would piss anybody off...like I said....AVS shouldnt have to explain thier way of business and its unfortunate that things have to be handled like this instead of just friendly competition....its hard not to think that things arent going good for him when he has to take things to this level thats all........

Re: AVS slammed by AIM in new MT

im not defending AIM or anything like that. Im just pointing out the big picture. That sure AIM is scum in the minitruck market, but not known that way in all the other markets yet.
i have no idea the method behind his madness, tho.
Also I havent purchased shit from AVS yet so i have no clue how good they really are

i would like to see doug get a dominator and a denominator bag and cut them in half and do some testing on every part of the bag and find out just how much of the material is the "exact same". if doug would do some side by side comparisons and testing i would be down to donate a few bucks for stuff to be purchased and doug compensated for his time

Thanks man,

Off the bat I could tell you I would find the Rubber bellow and end caps to be different, the only think similar would be the end crimp design. because as Joe Said they are done on the same or (same style) machine lol

That would be an interesting test though.

I have the Dominator already sectioned so would just need to get a 'China bag' haha

So Joe if you read this, Send me an (air lift copy) and I will test it to see if in fact they are the SAME bag

Hey here's a brilliant marketing technique. Lets slam, berate and insult the American population. Good one Sir Idiot. And then, wtf are you? A f*cking political cantidate? Take your "Ratical Tops" and go back to 1986.

Uhhh, it's BEEN brought, you've been emailed, you don't reply, you only speak through your idiot ramblings in magazines. Your way to YELLOW to reply to the real issues at hand. Like oh gee...I dunno...your shitass customer service and your clueless "tech" crew. Which have the combined IQ of a small donkey. Ya, your getting attention, negative attention, and your making your pathetic waste of a company look even worse!

Yeah I agree with you, all the guys I have met from the mags are great. But it is sad that the corporate side makes those decisions and runs those articles. I would not use their plug and play on a red wagon let alone a truck.

BTW if you make the shirt, don't forget about us full sized mini truckers. I'll take a xxl white one, just let me know how much and when they become available.

x2. its one thing to say that their stuff is from china too. i have never read avs or anyone say that that their stuff is 100% made and assembled in the usa. its another thing to make the claim that his bags are the EXACT same, same exact materials, same factory, same machine. the claim he's making would be like him saying that his bag and airlifts bag is the exact same other than the names on them
