ARC-9 rocker switch problem

i have the 9 switch rocker box and im having trouble with two switches

i will press front right fill and it wont trigger, and the front left dump wont trigger.
all my wiring is right, none of my valves are sticking, im just seeing whats up

when i mess around with the wires going into the box, right around the opening, i can get a connection and then the switches trigger and they work. its kind of a pain in the ass though. could it be a crimped wire? bad connection?

just looking for some answers. if not i can call on Monday or something.

If you do the work yourself. It will void the warranty.
If you do decide to go that route. And something does happen to the box later. I will try to take care of you as much as possible, but like I said. There will be no warranty.

If you can send the brain and remotes in to me. I will give you a new one. Otherwise, you may just have to use channels 3 and 4 for the time being until you can send it in. Also, let me know when you want to get the switchbox and I will hook you up on the price.
