just curious has anyone ran alittle bit bigger shock on the air bar setup? i need to replace mine soon and was seeing if there are any options besides the monroes that came with it, possibly a tad bit bigger shock(length wise)....

Re: shocks for the airbar...

I would like to know an answer to this too. My lower shock mounts are broken off and I also need to replace my shocks. I have searched but no luck...

Re: shocks for the airbar...

what you can do is go to monroe.com go to the misc application chart it gives mounting and lengths.. find the right length shock and the right mounting, and then cross referance it to a different shock if you want to go with something different or it will give you the part number for the longer monroe

Re: shocks for the airbar...

maybe a stupid question but if you go off the pt number which is 33033 it doesnt matter if it is front or rear right? i mean since the part is on the rear of the truck? just wondering...want to make sure since i found a brand new set of two shipped for 29 bucks on ebay and it mentions front...lol
