Unhappy problem with Road Grater, missing parts.

Well I got my RG today and must say first off, it is a nice looking product. Looks very strong and well made. The problem is after going through the box and taking an inventory of the parts I find that I appear to be missing some parts and have parts I am not sure what they are.

First part I believe I am missing is part # "ROD302 Rubber Bushing Inserts". The parts list says there are supposed to be five of these, but I do not think there are any, or if their is there is only four of them. I have these four metal sleeve things that are in paper bags in quantities of two per bag. The bag is stamped with the number P-411. I have a picture of them here. That part number is not on the parts list anywhere and I have no idea what they are. I searched here and found that no one else seems to either.

Here is the pic

Those two bolts are also not on the list. I am not sure what they are meant to be used for. The only thing I can think of is maybe these bolts are another of the parts I am missing, part # "ROD1000 Rubber Rod End" (supposed to be two of), which these definitely do not fit the description of.
i am also missing 2 of the 1/2" nyloc nuts and 6 of the 1/2" sae flat washers. The nylocs and flat washers are not as much of a concern as the other parts, but I need to make sure I have these other parts by Friday since I already have time scheduled off work to install this.

So any one have any idea what these extra parts I have are for? Or the chances I will be able to get the parts to me in time? How is Air Rides customer service? Thank you all for any help.

the sleeves I beleive are extra shock bushings. I still have them. Didn't need em. The bolts look familiar....are they the same as the wishbone diff. bracket mounting bolts?

Thank you for the quick response, that is good news about the bushings. The bolts are the only two like em. They do not match any of the other bolts in any way.

Nope I have all of the wish bone bolts (don't need them though, I have the SD bracket). I called Air Ride Tuesday morning and they said they have no clue on those bolts. lol Luckily we got it all straitened out, hopefully they can get me the missing parts in time. The sleeves are indeed shock bushings. Thanks all for the responses.
