for those of you that have the air bar and want to lose a few extra inches all you need are 2 different parts from air ride technologies, the roadgrater upper link wishbone and gastank x-member. provide a c-notch or bridge kit and you can go way lower or at least drive with it lower...talk to Tony, you may even be able to get the kit with those parts substituted! some other minor mods may be needed to lay frame

saw your post in Baggin' It. Seems like Avtekk has a bug up his ass over this setup. Actually it might just be between you and him... LOL

I think if Tony from Air Ride is cool with it, then why not do it. Air Ride stuff seems to be well engineered from what I've seen. I've got control arms and I'm happy with them! (although the ball joint they come with is questionable)

actually that was from quite some time ago, old business.

but ya, it works like dan said, but i would run a shorter lower bar and move the hangers so they dont drag thru.

the air bar will put the axle on the frame, its limited by the wishbone link on the stock gas tank x-member and the air bags...by using the sd bridge i get the fframe out of the way and also get over-the-axle mounting. then i used the roadgrater upper wishbone and gas tank x-member...theres a link in my sig with all the details
