Giving thanks where thanks is due!!!!

So i bought some (used) shockwaves and big red valves from some fellow forum members... well they had some issues so i had to send them back to air ride tech. I talked to Jon first went over things i needed done. Instead of being a jerk and saying "well it transfered ownership you're on your own" he just said send em back and we'll take care of you... Which is awesome, i annoyed the hell out of him with questions and favors to check and he did all of them, no questions asked. They kept me updated with every step. It really was a painless process and now i know everything is right with them! The customer service was second to none and I really appriciate it.. I just wanted to say thanks to Jon, Tony, and all guys working there, and I can't wait to do more business with you guys I highly recommend air ride tech
thanks a lot
Bill

I agree 100 %. I have had nothing but great experiences with ART. Any questions / issues that I've had were resolved immediately and professionally. Whether it was before purchase, during installation, after installation, all I had to do was give them a call. Thanks for all the help.
