Bad Sensors

I have the Ride Pro e2 system and 2 sensors aren't working. My tank pressure was reading anywhere from 150 to 160, but there is absolutely no air in the tank. it was also not allowing the compressor to run because the computer thought it was full. I also have the right rear reading only 0 psi even when there is air in the bag. I read on your forum that you can test the sensors by switching them around. I did that and I have 2 bad sensors.

Are these under warranty? I have not driven the truck yet so they haven't been used much. I bought everything directly from you guys. I also sent you an email through your "contact us" link on your website last week, but haven't heard anything yet.
