airbar shocks

my kit is less than a year old, and it has been making this loud popping noise when i hit a bump or raise it up and down..its really been driving me crazy, so i climbed under it and got my friend to bounce on the back..i saw that the upper shock bushings are so loose that the shock is moving around makin it pop..i guess ill buy new shocks, but i dont want to keep buying them every 6 months, any ideas on why it did that? also could i get the part number for the shocks?

Re: airbar shocks

Here's the part number for the shocks from my AirBar instructions: MON33033.

I haven't had any trouble out of mine. I would give the guys at ART a call. Chances are, they'll give you a set of shocks for free.

Re: airbar shocks

i have had my airbar for over 2 yrs now and at the ride height i use to ride at which was bout 35 psi in the rear i never had any trouble with the axle rubbing the wishbone unless i hit a bump or what not...now at that same psi I started to hear rubbing of metal to metal and it is my shaft touching the wishbone. im thinking the shocks have gone out causing the rear to sag alil than normal making the two touch. will any shock work with the kit or do u recommend the same shock as sold with the kit?
