trouble with the site

Been trying to log in on your website for a few days now, to see if i can find any info on my order that i placed on the 24th. Have received no email, but received the payment on my credit card. Names Jeff Tatum.
I try to log in and i get a, cannont log in error, then i try to send a lost password to my email, and ive not received a email any of the times. Ive tried several times in the past few days.
Any chance you could tell me the tracking number? Was a present for a friend and its getting real close to her bday haha.

yeah the UPS guy probably stole them and is wearing them right now

no thats my address. 36141 Eaton, Clinton Twp MI 48035- Not sure what the hell went on. Been checkin everyday, thought maybe it might be from all the holidays in a row.
