NO it will not, even thought you have the sides, the pan is diffrent..

kinda on topic...but i picked up a Grant smooth roll pan for my 1st gen back in the feb sale through SD...well i never got around to installing it...and now im selling that truck...so its for sale...brand new never seen the light of day...only opened the box it came in to see if there was any other goodies like flyers or catalogs...found a grant sticker haha....if anyone is interested...shoot me a pm about it...we'll work somethin out
