FWIW, Jason is doing the right thing. He knows what's going on. I'm sure like the rest of us, he reads every MT that comes his way. AIM Industries is just on one of those companies that, well frankly, won't be going away anytime soon. Joe Morrow has catapulted his company to the forefront of the customizing world. He admits "we must be doing something right". That's really a bold statement to be made by anybody, and not necessarily one I would use. The problem that I've seen with the company lies in one department. QUALITY CONTROL.

The website is difficult to follow, the ads are cluttered, and comments about their products seem to be borrowed. It could be a good company should these things get fixed. But AIM is cashing in on these points, and it hurts the consumer's pockets. Processes need to be re-evaluated. Re-stocking practices seriously need an overhaul, and every product that leaves their facility needs to be double checked.

Is this something Joe Morrow would elect to do? Obviously he's made it this far, so I'm not sure he will change now. Is it fair to the customer? I'm sure we have all heard the phrase "Buyer Beware".

It is up to us, the consumers and entrepreneurs to direct our customer's to quality work, quality products, and quality craftsmanship. We are the futures of this industry and we can determine the path that it takes. Support those companies that support the consumers. Obviously, Jason has done something right - quality work and good customer service.

I would say that the misspelling of Thorbecke could have been a purposeful tool. One might make it harder for you to find SD because of the spelling issue. The other is to get the attention of followers of SD and make this a talked about thing and then quite possibly a slight stab at Jason and his family used to get Jason to come back at AIM.

Well I started this thread out of my hate for chassis tech, but I like a few others on here,. do have chassis tech spindles on my silverado, they have worked fine thus far,. but they sent me the wrong spindles 4 times, well 3 were the wrong spindle, and the other time they sent me 2 drivers side spindles, I am not going to say that theyre products are garbage,. but theyre customer service is,. and they DO NOT have the same quality standards that SD has,.

Real professional.

Jason's customer service and EXCELLENT quality control has gotten him to where he is at, not to mention he is down to earth and a cool fucking kid. It makes me sick reading something like this.

AIM makes millions and can't even come up with their own ad's, its just unreal. I'll never buy from AIM due to the lack of customer service and poor quality control. Not to mention their HORRIBLE attempt at replicating products DESIGNED BUILT AND TESTED by people who CARE.
