man i wanted to point out that cuting the frame means its not bolt on
 lolyea they are in other magazines too.. and i know alot fo guys at my school that are like.. buy it from aim they are bettter and cheeper.. i laugh at them.. another reason y u shouldnt even listen to those "experts" in their stock trucks.. oh wow u tinted ur windows! |

i agree we should take out our own s10forum.com add or something and post everything thats true about aim, like all of the comparisons and what not i think it would show alot of truckers/mini truckers that aim is not quality, and give them refrences to all of the info. ill throw in 10.00

I just hate those guys,. I bought spidles from them, and they sent me the wrong spindle a total of 4 times, my truck was on blocks waiting for over 2 months, I remember back in day, like mid 90's when Chassis Tech was abut the biggest company out there, Now I just hate even seeing theyre adds, Think of all the R & D that suicide goes through, everything product that they make, is a heavier gauge steel than anyone else out there, I dunno, I could go on forever,. I love my MT mag,. but I am about to take the scissors to all of those adds so I dont have to see them anymore. BALONEY! ha ha!

I for one can't stand them either and what they did was highly unprofessional. While they did make lots of other mispellings they didn't mispell 'bologna'..
I'd love to see an ad or feature in a magazine documenting the faults of ShAIM from their extremely poor customer services to misinformation but I don't see that happening, at least not in MT. Its a shame that people that don't know any better see all their ads and probably assume they're the best company out on the market. Since I doubt MT would ever publish thing bad about them, it'd be cool to see a website put up documenting all of the problems people have had and their crap for customer service. I'm not sure what kind of legal action if any could be taken against the owner of the site since it is a site for reviews. |

FYI if you have to cut something it can still be considered bolt on. Bolt on means no welding. ARTs roadgrader is "100% bolt on" as advertised on ART and SDs site.....
and id throw in $5 or $10 for a add in the mag hahaha |

Suicide doors does not need to have any type of comment associated with AIM Industries. They just need to keep doing what they are doing because it is obviously working. We as customers are doing the work for them. Word of mouth is much more powerful than anything else. Look what that ad did to all of us. The whole purpose of this thread was that one person (the originator) was venting frustration because we are all upset that someone would even think about talking down to the company that helped myself as well as countless others be apart of the minitruckin' scene without endangering ourselves with inferior products and giving the best customer service that could be offered. These ads by AIM could be celebrated because they seem to be going after SD which we can only assume is taking a good share of their would be profits.
As well, my idea was that we, like MeltingPlastic brought up, could get our own ad in minitruckin'. I doubt that the mt would allow such a thing and would probably cost a lot more than we want to pay. |

Okay..so did a little research. A full page ad would run just over 5k for a one time deal. For a whole year would be just at 50k.

i just noticed a few of the identical phrases and such...Jason should copyright a few things from his arm ads...like officially market them so shAIM cannot use it in their ads...i dont believe, no wait i do believe Morrow would basically rip-off SD now that theyre probably puttin shAIM out of the mini market...of course theyre "not bashing" yet they come out and totallytake everything from the SD ad, even the "lays frame on 22's!!" and simply alter it slightly, and are passing off an aesthetically poor looking arm and trying to claim its on the same level as the SD arm or the same damn thing

its funny cuz theres a local shop here in town that was franchised from AIM then they went under so he paid all that money for nuttin. i also priced bag stuff back when i had my dime. i bought all my stuff from SD and had it installed for the same price as their kit. i also had a custom 2-link done to it. what a bunch of dumba$$es
