Man,. I finally got my new Mini Truckin' mag in the mail yesterday,. start flippin through only to see Chassis Tech, with theyre low priced road grater knock-off kit, talking about your guys bolt on kit,... not much else to say, but I have dealt with them before,. and I will never to it again,.

i gotta good laugh out of it. remember to give your truck a c-section to lay frame.

I'm glad i've never bought form them even tho i did almost buy some drop coils back when they were selling them for 33 bucks but the bastards wanted 42 bucks to ship them. long story short we exchanged a few unprofessional emails and i've stayed away ever since........lol.

yea look at this again, on the first page (top one) they say "...We will not stoop to knocking their product in any way..." and on the reverse side (bottom page) they say "Compare to Thorebecke's kit for $699. Thorbecke says their's is 100% bolt-on? This is baloney! How are you going to "lay frame" with their kit unless you have a C-Section? Ours is 100% BOLT-ON. You bolt the C-Sections over the factory frame, then you cut out and notch to LAY FRAME on 22's. Believe it or not.... Thorbecke sells this same kit for $1495 and does not even include the shocks!" Ok this is full of problems, lets break it down.... "Compare to Thorebecke's kit for $699." -ok if their trying to make refereace to the bolt on three link, its $649 not $699. "This is baloney!" -ok we allready covered that big spelling mistake "How are you going to "lay frame" with their kit unless you have a C-Section?" -a C-Section is a form of childbirth in which a surgical incision is made through a mother's abdomen (laparotomy) and uterus (hysterotomy) to deliver one or more babies. It is usually performed when a vaginal delivery would lead to medical complications, although it is increasingly common for births that would otherwise have been normal as well. (wikipedia) " You bolt the C-Sections over the factory frame, then you cut out and notch to LAY FRAME on 22's" -Ok so first you bolt on this "C-Section" then cut out and notch to lay frame. Ok that makes not sence. "Believe it or not.... Thorbecke sells this same kit for $1495 and does not even include the shocks!" -ok now their talking about the Roadgrater (which we alrealy covered, isnt made by SD they just sell it like a dealer would) wait wtf happen to the three link they were talking about first? And as Dave already pointed out it comes with shocks. Also note that there adds are starting to look alot like SD's like the captions on the control arms. Sd's add (that came first) says "Crazy 3/8" thick upper ball joint mounting plate" Aim's copied add says "Crazy 1/2" thick upper balljoint mounting plate (not skimpy 3/8)" Also under their price for $299 uppers its says "Thorebecke sells at $329". Then under their price for $299 lowers it says"Thorebecke sells at $349" Also SD's add says "Guaranteed for life adainst bending, breaking, ball joint failure and pre-mature bushing wear! These bitches are bullet proof!" Then AIM's add says "Guaranteed for life adainst bending, breaking, balljoint failure and pre-mature bushing wear! These bitches are bullet proof!" - the only thing different is they took the space out between ball and joint. witch im sure was another grammer mistake. Im sure i missing some other shit in their add. Then they have a thing talking about their SUICIDE DOORS and how a company had them for $399. hmm i wonder who they are refering to this time? Then after a paragraph of ranting about how little it cost to make a set of hinges they say at the bottom "Educated customers know that there is hardly a product made in China does not have something to do with it." -WTF that makes no sence again. So they made this big scene whinning about SD and none of it made any sence at all. Good Job AIM you guys must being doing something right, you've been doing it for 19 years in the same location! |

i think we should all chip in $5 and take a full page add out saying "this is an ad by customers for customers" and basically highlight alot of what aim has done wrong.. between the thing with DJD, stealing shavdnlaid's picture and photoshopping it, this, and all the wrongful doing towards customers... maybe there would be a nice uprising against aim on the national level
